At TwCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your TwCare account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
